- Review clinical records, collateral information, legal documentation, and prior assessments
- Develop diagnostic impressions and clinical recommendations
- Complete professional, court-ready evaluation reports
- Collaborate with referral sources as needed to support evaluation outcomes
Psychologists may conduct evaluations in the setting that best fits their professional practice and schedule, including:
- A Chrysalis Health office location (available in select Florida counties)
- Their own private practice office
- Onsite at Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) facilities
Compensation
- Highly competitive per-evaluation compensation
- Independent Contractor (1099)
- Consistent referral volume and ongoing evaluation opportunities
- Additional evaluation types may be available based on experience and expertise
- Active, unrestricted Florida Psychologist license (PhD or PsyD)
- Experience conducting psychological evaluations, forensic assessments, diagnostic testing, court-related evaluations, or juvenile assessments preferred
- Ability to conduct in-person evaluations
- Strong assessment, report writing, and documentation skills
- Ability to complete evaluations and reports within established timeframes
- Established behavioral health organization with longstanding Department of Juvenile Justice partnerships
- Dedicated administrative support to streamline scheduling and coordination
- Flexible workload that complements private practice, hospital, academic, consulting, or forensic work
