Our organization is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Site Manager to join our growing team. The Site Manager will be required to:
- Work independently on a given task communicating with the Chropynska team in the US and Europe, and the local customer on a daily basis.
- Work with suppliers and contractors to ensure that the job content is executed per plan and that schedule deviations, pending items, or other on-site modifications are recorded / documented as they occur.
- Be an active participant in the installation and maturation processes at the customer site, acting as the Primary Decision Maker at the site.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Technical Degree or 5 years of relevant experience in a field related to automation or equipment manufacturing are required.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team is required.
- Ability to establish and maintain a project plan vs. actual on a frequent basis based on the events at the site is a must. Working within the site team of Chropynska members, contractors, and customer team members to adjust manpower tasks to ensure that the installation priorities and goals are achieved.
- Work directly with the project manager pre and post install to reflect the site status to ensure that the most efficient plan can be made for each installation.
- Ability to communicate clearly, written and verbal, with the Chropynska team and Chropynska customers is a must.
- Ability to learn the manufacturing processes that the equipment is installed into, allowing decisions to be made in the most efficient manner possible.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, automated equipment for manufacturing, and automotive assembly processes are desired.
- Automotive factory experience is desired.
ENVIRONMENT
- For all integration projects, work must be performed when the manufacturing lines are not running in production. Weekend work and shutdown periods will be required. Shutdown schedules and durations are set the discretion of the customer. Flex time is available to offset the work requirements.
- Travel is required when work occurs at remote customer sites. We have a generous travel policy (paid flights, rental cars, IRS regulated mileage, per diem). Travel to customers and Chropynska sites are possible, including domestic and international.
- Ability to obtain a passport for international travel.
- Approximately 25% office-type work and 75% factory/hands-on during active installations. Non installation times will be 100% office work.
SCHEDULE
- 8-10 hour shift (schedule based)
- Work Hours - Typical hours shown. Hours can vary based on project needs:
- Weekday: 7:30am – 4:00pm (30 min lunch)
- Weekend: 6:00am – Finish (schedule based)

- Determined by the project schedule with active installations:
- Schedule 1: Thursday – Monday
- Schedule 2: Friday – Tuesday
- Determined by the project schedule without active installations:
- Schedule 1: Monday - Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
