We are seeking a Salon Manager who is organized, sales-driven, and passionate about motivating a team to perform at their best. This leader will oversee daily operations, manage salon finances, and work closely with ownership to maintain Chromatique’s standards of excellence while optimizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

• Uphold Chromatique’s values and work closely with ownership to maintain the salon’s high standards.
• Lead, coach, and inspire the team to consistently exceed service and retail goals.
• Support ongoing training and professional development for stylists and front desk staff.
• Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-ones to provide feedback, motivation, and recognition.
• Create and oversee front desk training, incentive programs, and performance reviews to ensure the team delivers world-class client service.

Sales & Business Growth

• Drive service and retail sales with clear goal setting, tracking, and incentives.
• Implement strategies to increase client retention, referrals, and rebooking rates.
• Analyze sales reports to identify trends, set goals, and celebrate achievements.
• Create and execute promotions and events in alignment with Chromatique’s luxury branding.

Operations & Scheduling

• Oversee stylist scheduling to balance productivity, client demand, and staff work-life needs.
• Manage time-off requests fairly and in alignment with business needs.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day salon operations, including client check-ins, appointment flow, and staff coverage.
• Maintain a welcoming and immaculate salon environment aligned with Chromatique’s luxury brand.

Financial & Inventory Management

• Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and reduce costs.
• Negotiate with vendors and identify opportunities to cut expenses without compromising quality.
• Ensure compliance with salon policies, labor laws, and health & safety standards.
• Manage payroll reporting, staff hours, and commission tracking with accuracy.

Client Experience

• Ensure every client receives an exceptional and consistent luxury experience.
• Handle escalated client concerns with professionalism and poise.
• Work with the front desk team to elevate the guest experience and increase retail and service add-ons.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salon Manager or in a leadership role within the beauty or luxury service industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate.
• Sales-focused mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
• Strong financial acumen: inventory control, cost-cutting, and expense management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Proficient in salon management software, scheduling, and reporting tools.
• Passion for beauty, fashion, and luxury client experiences.
• Must be available on the weekends
