Important Schedule Information
- This is a 24/7/365 manufacturing operation.
Production Associates must be able to work a rotating schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed to support business operations. Reliability and attendance are critical to team success.
What You'll Do
As a Production Associate, you'll help safely and efficiently produce materials by:
- Operating manufacturing and packaging equipment
- Moving and staging raw materials
- Monitoring production processes and quality
- Performing equipment cleaning and basic maintenance
- Operating forklifts and material handling equipment (training available)
- Maintaining accurate production records
- Following all safety, quality, and environmental procedures
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
- Dependable, safety-focused individuals with a strong work ethic
- Ability to learn new processes and work as part of a team
