We're looking for a hands-on Shipping, Receiving & Planning Supervisor to lead our shipping and receiving team while coordinating the work that keeps our manufacturing and equipment assembly operations moving.

What you'll do...
You'll spend your time leading a small team while coordinating work across multiple departments to keep materials, inventory, and production priorities moving. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Lead, coach, and develop the Shipping & Receiving team.
- Coordinate daily priorities with Production, Equipment, Customer Service, Purchasing, and other business partners.
- Help ensure materials, parts, and finished goods are where they need to be when they're needed.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, shipping documentation, and operational records.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, material flow, and warehouse organization.
- Keep shipping, inventory, planning, and operational paperwork accurate and up to date.

What we're looking for...
- Experience leading teams in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with ERP or inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to obtain required hazardous materials shipping certifications.
- Ability to communicate effectively with associates, leadership, vendors, and customers.
- Experience maintaining inventory accuracy, documentation, and operational processes.
