Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate mixing and extrusion equipment according to established procedures.
- Accurately weigh and add raw materials to production batches.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues.
- Complete production documentation and records accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 55 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment for extended periods.
- Ability to climb stairs frequently throughout the workday.
- Continuous use of arms and hands for operating equipment, handling materials, and performing production tasks.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
