POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual for a hands-on Repackaging/Shipping position. This role involves repackaging products according to daily production requirements while maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and safety.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and contributing to a team. This position requires the ability to adapt to changing priorities, complete orders accurately and efficiently, and work independently with minimal supervision.

This position involves physical labor, including repeatedly lifting objects weighing 50–90 lbs., and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

POSITION DETAILS

• Continuously look for ways to improve work processes, safety, and efficiency, and share ideas, no matter how big or small.

• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Repackage products according to daily production needs and instructions.

• Adjust quickly to changes in packaging requirements and production priorities.

• Complete assigned orders accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

• Safely operate a forklift and other necessary equipment.

• Ensure products are handled and packaged accurately while maintaining quality standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including warehouse areas.

• Follow instructions and established procedures to support daily production goals.

• Perform other duties as required or instructed by the supervisor.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Basic math skills and the ability to perform calculations independently.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to safely operate a forklift.

• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently with minimal supervision.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to adapt to changing tasks, packaging requirements, and production priorities.

• Strong work ethic and ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for 8 or more hours per day.

• Ability to repeatedly lift 50–90 lbs.

• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.

• Capable of performing the physical duties required in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
