ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform residential painting and drywall repair
- Maintain all high traffic area (Painting and Wallcovering)
- Restore painted areas in vacated apartments as outlined by the scope of work.
- Perform custom painting/wallcovering services as contracted by residents
- Maintains all paint inventory and supplies in a clean and neat manner
- Maintains a clean and neat work area at all times
- Maintains all tools, equipment, and supplies in proper condition
- Embodies and exhibits the Christwood's iCARE principles in day-to-day operations: Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Two years of painting experience in residential setting
SKILLS
- A good working knowledge of commercial and residential painting/wallcovering
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools and painting equipment
- Ability to use all paints including Oil, Latex, Acrylic, Solvents and cleaning chemicals.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift 100 pounds
- Walking, standing, pushing, stooping, bending, stretching
- Must be able to push and/or pull wheeled carts weighing up to 250 Pounds over tiled and carpeted surfaces
- Must be able to set up and climb and descend ladders
- Must be able to work off of scaffolding or mechanical lifts.
