Office Manager – Custom Cabinetry Firm
We are a premier custom cabinetry firm specializing in high-end, bespoke designs for discerning clients who expect the utmost in quality, craftsmanship, and personalized service. We seek a polished, professional Office Manager to serve as the face of our showroom and the backbone of our administrative operations. The ideal candidate brings experience from a similar high-end custom cabinetry, luxury kitchen/bath design, or bespoke furniture firm, where you have interacted with high-net-worth clients and understand the discretion, poise, and attention to detail required in this environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally answer incoming phone calls, greet showroom visitors, and provide warm, personable service to clients, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to luxury and excellence.
- Manage accounts receivable, including following up on outstanding invoices with tact and professionalism.
- Handle all bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks, including data entry, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Retrieve, open, scan, distribute, and action incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Maintain a pristine office and showroom environment, including light cleaning, organization, and reordering office supplies as needed.
- Occasionally pick up lunch or run errands for the office team.
- Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling, filing, and coordinating with vendors or installation teams.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative role in a high-end custom cabinetry firm, luxury interior design studio, or similar environment dealing with premium products and affluent clients (strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to conduct yourself with sophistication, discretion, and grace when interacting with high-end clientele.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial tracking.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a professional phone manner and in-person presence.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a small-team setting.
- Reliable, proactive, and flexible with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Comfortable with occasional hands-on tasks, including light office maintenance and errands.
