It also assigns and monitors jobs of subordinate personnel. Additionally, this position will perform other duties as assigned to include but not limited to serving and cleaning.

- Supervisory experience
- Experience working in a university or institutional setting
- Experience in menu planning and recipe development
- Experience working with commercial kitchen equipment
