This role focuses on identifying project opportunities, consulting with clients on vertical transportation solutions, and closing sales for installation and modernization services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory (commercial properties, residential developments, contractors, and property managers)
- Build long-term relationships with clients and industry partners
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and recommend appropriate elevator solutions
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and project timelines based on client needs
- Negotiate contracts and close sales in alignment with company goals
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Track all sales activity and customer interactions in CRM
- Collaborate with operations and installation teams to support project execution
- Provide follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction after project completion
- 2 years of sales experience; construction, building systems, or capital equipment sales preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage a territory and work independently
- Experience using CRM systems
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for client meetings
- Competitive commission-based structure with the potential to make $150,000 depending on performance.
