At Christopher House, a 150-bed Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in Worcester, Massachusetts, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Nursing Scheduler to join our care team.
About the Role:
As a Nursing Scheduler, you will play a vital role in coordinating the scheduling of our nursing staff to ensure our residents receive the highest level of care. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Schedule nursing staff for shifts, overtime, and vacations
Manage and maintain accurate employee records, including time-off requests and scheduling changes
Resolve scheduling conflicts and communicate effectively with staff and management
Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure adequate staffing levels and coverage
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
2 years of experience required
