We’re looking for a high performance individual — someone who:

- This isn’t a sit-back-and-wait role. You’ll be on the front line, fielding calls, recommending rental equipment, managing leads, and making sure our customers get what they need before they even realize it.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to inbound calls and convert them to rentals
- Make outbound calls to follow up on quotes, reconnect with past customers, and build relationships with new contractors in your area.
- Track leads, follow up fast, and close the loop
- Coordinate with delivery drivers and yard teams to make it all happen
- Keep customers coming back by delivering top-tier service
- Stay up-to-date with equipment features and industry trends to offer informed solutions
- Help in other areas as needed

Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the equipment rental or construction industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple customer accounts.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and basic office software
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Working Conditions:
Employees are expected to work a basic 40-50 hour week Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m; may be required to work Saturdays 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience. Bonuses, PTO, employee discounts, retirement matching, and regular overtime are offered.
