Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Seasonal Shipping and Customer Pickup Coordinator to support our warehouse during our busy season. This full-time seasonal position combines LTL shipment coordination, customer pickup verification and loading, computer-based responsibilities, customer service, and hands-on warehouse work. Saturday availability is mandatory from approximately late October through mid-December.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable using computers, communicating professionally with customers, carriers, and coworkers, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Previous logistics, shipping, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
What You'll Do
- Verify, schedule, and prepare LTL pallet shipments
- Review shipment information for accuracy
- Verify and load customer pickup orders
- Communicate professionally with customers, carriers, and team members
- Use computer-based warehouse and shipping systems
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed
- Work safely in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Lift and handle products weighing up to 50 pounds
- Provide dependable and professional customer service
What We're Looking For

- Full-time seasonal availability of 40 or more hours per week
- Mandatory Saturday availability from approximately late October through mid-December
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

- Ability to work in hot or cold warehouse conditions
- Previous logistics, shipping, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required
