JOB OVERVIEW
Christmas Air is seeking an experienced Duct Cleaning Lead to help launch and grow our residential duct cleaning division.
This is a Part-Time / On-Demand position.
Hours are scheduled only when duct cleaning jobs are sold, so the workload will vary based on customer demand. As this department continues growing, additional hours and future opportunities are expected.
This is a working leadership role—not a desk job.
You'll lead a small crew while actively performing duct cleaning work, ensuring every project meets our quality standards and every customer has an outstanding experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead a residential duct cleaning crew
- Perform source-removal duct cleaning
- Clean supply and return ducts
- Clean blower compartments and coils
- Perform dryer vent cleaning
- Complete IAQ add-on services when applicable
- Install and properly seal access panels
- Take before-and-after photos
- Complete job documentation
- Conduct homeowner walkthroughs
- Protect customers' homes during work
- Maintain equipment
- Train and mentor crew members
- Keep jobs on schedule
- Operate company vehicles safely
- Pick up equipment and materials
- Report equipment issues
- Collaborate with leadership
- Perform additional duties as assigned
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of duct cleaning or HVAC experience
- Previous crew leadership experience
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Comfortable working in attics and crawlspaces
- Ability to lift heavy equipment

COMPENSATION
$25–30/hour

- Hours depend on duct cleaning jobs sold
- Monday-Friday daytime schedule
- Occasional Saturdays
- Opportunity for additional hours as the department grows
