We are currently hiring for multiple full-time roles, including:
- Lead Technician 1-3yrs experience
- Intermediate Technician 6-12 months recent industry experience
- Beginner Technician / Apprentice. No experience in industry.

Position Overview
This role involves traveling to various locations throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area (and beyond as needed) to clean and certify kitchen exhaust systems in accordance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive to job sites across DFW and surrounding areas.
- Inspect, degrease, and thoroughly clean:
- Kitchen exhaust hoods/Duct systems/Fans and ventilation equipment, ensuring compliance with NFPA 96 and safety regulations.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles, keeping track of location keys, tools and gas cards etc.
- Keep accurate service records with clear and concise hand writing
- Work collaboratively with team members in a professional manner
- Communicate effectively with restaurant staff, chefs, and management
- Must be physically fit to lift, pull, climb, stand, sit, hear, speak, see, and read/write in English.
- Candidates should consider themselves to be highly alert, rational and organized and able to maintain a professional, hygienic appearance.
- Respect company reputation by wearing clean clothes at the start of each shift, clean and properly fitting waterproof, non slip boots, keeping personal gear and company equipment clean and well maintained.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to be considered for roles.
- 1–5 years of work experience required (industry experience not mandatory)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, climbing ladders, working overnight)
- Comfortable using cleaning equipment and machinery (pressure washers, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test if required
- Must be legally authorized to work in Texas
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Pressure washing or power washing
- Kitchen exhaust/hood cleaning
- Food preparation or commercial kitchen experience
- General maintenance or labor roles
Work Schedule
- Night shifts required: Weekdays starting at 6:00 PM until job completion (overnight)
- Day shifts: Occasionally available starting at 2:00 PM (as needed)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Closed: Saturday morning through Sunday night (weekends off)
- Schedules are typically provided 1 day in advance due to industry complexity
- Same-day adjustments may occur based on job conditions, customer cancellations, or no-shows
Compensation & Employment Type
- Full-time position
- W-2 employment
