Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent, based in Seattle, WA, with some flexibility to work from home. The Real Estate Agent will engage in activities such as helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, providing exceptional customer service, conducting property searches, and overseeing transactions. Additionally, the agent will maintain an in-depth understanding of the real estate market and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring they stay well-informed throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Real Estate License
- Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property markets
- Strong background in Sales and Customer Service
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to establish and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Familiarity with the Seattle, WA real estate market is a plus
- Proficiency with real estate tools, software, and technology
