Job Description
Christine & Company is looking for a reliable, organized, and team-oriented Staging Manager to join our growing real estate team in the Seattle area.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in staging and/or interior design who wants to work with a top real estate team and also has an interest in growing within the real estate industry. An active real estate license is not required, but we would love to meet candidates who either hold a license or are interested in obtaining one in the future.
We stage vacant listings for our own team as well as for other real estate professionals in and around Seattle. We are seeking a hands-on manager who can lead by example, support the staging crew onsite, and help ensure every project is completed efficiently and at a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Oversee staging projects for vacant residential listings in Seattle and surrounding areas
- Manage and work alongside a staging crew of 2–3 employees per job
- Participate in hands-on staging onsite
- Coordinate staging schedules and ensure projects are completed on time
- Oversee staging payroll
- Maintain organization, efficiency, and consistency across staging jobs
- Help ensure homes are staged to meet the quality and presentation standards of Christine & Company
- Communicate effectively with team members and support a positive, collaborative work environment
Qualifications
- Experience in home staging and/or interior design required
- Prior team management or leadership experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Punctual, dependable, and professional
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexible schedule and availability to work varying hours as needed
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Interest in real estate is a plus
- Active real estate license is a plus, but not required
