KCD Staging is looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our growing moving team. We help transform vacant homes into beautifully staged spaces that help homes sell faster and for top dollar.

What You'll Do
- Load, unload, and transport furniture, artwork, rugs, and décor
- Professionally install furniture
- De-stage homes after they sell and safely return inventory to the warehouse
- Assemble and position furniture within homes
- Organize, restock, and maintain warehouse inventory
- Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient
- Safely move furniture throughout homes, including stairs
- Drive company moving trucks when qualified (preferred but not required)
Schedule
Our team starts each workday at 7:00 AM at our warehouse in Kirkland, WA, before heading out to staging projects throughout the Eastside and Seattle area.
Our schedule varies depending on the season and project load:
- Busy Season (typically spring through early fall): Most days end around 5:00–6:00 PM, with occasional longer days as needed.
- Slower Season: Workdays are often shorter, depending on the staging schedule and workload.
Applicants should be comfortable with a flexible schedule and understand that hours may vary based on the needs of our clients and projects.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Enjoys physical work and working as part of a team
- Is reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Can safely lift 50 pounds throughout the workday
- Is comfortable moving furniture up and down stairs
- Takes pride in quality work and attention to detail
- Can adapt to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Has a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Has reliable transportation to and from our Kirkland warehouse
- Has previous moving, warehouse, furniture delivery, or installation experience (preferred)
Language Requirements
- Ability to communicate in English is required for safety, training, team communication, and occasional client interactions.
- Spanish language skills are a plus. Our team is bilingual, and we welcome bilingual applicants.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience driving moving or box trucks
- Retail, warehouse, or logistics experience
- Experience assembling furniture
- Strong organizational skills
