At Sunlarus Energy, we are changing how Florida powers its homes. We don’t "sell" solar panels; we rent them. As an Energy Partner, your mission is to be a community educator. You aren't there to "close a deal" on the doorstep. You are there to build a relationship, analyze their energy viability, and show them a smarter way to manage their utility costs.
This is a full-cycle residential solar sales role. There is flexibility in how you generate business — but performance is required.
Primary Responsibilities:
- The Relationship & Pipeline Builder:
- Proactively canvassing residential neighborhoods as directed by Sales Managers for territory growth
- Leveraging personal, professional, and real estate networks.
You’ll be building strategic relationships within residential and commercial real estate communities such as with real estate agents, landlords, mortgage brokers, and home professionals.
- Generating sufficiently qualified prospects to support performance expectations.
- Prioritizing education over pressure and long-term relationships over quick closes.
- The High-Stamina Professional:
- Explaining our Solar Rental model clearly and professionally.
- Presenting the benefits of no upfront costs, no loans, and no property liens.
- Using internal tools and software to analyze roof viability and energy savings.
- Ensuring all homeowner communication is accurate, ethical, and complete.
- Managing a Full-Cycle Sales Process:
- You’ll use our internal AI tools to show homeowners exactly how our rental model impacts their specific roof and energy bill.
- Conducting consultations and assessments.
- Presenting proposals that demonstrate clear monthly savings.
- Handling objections professionally using data and product knowledge.
- Managing pipeline from first contact through signed agreement.
- Maintaining accurate tracking of activity and production metrics
