Job Details Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery Full Time - 12-hour Shifts Rotating shifts (Hours: 7AM - 7PM & 7PM - 7AM) Weekend & Holiday commitment On-Call rotation Newark, DE ChristianaCare is seeking a RN for our Labor & Delivery departments at our Women's & Children's Building on our Newark Campus. You will have the opportunity to train in the following areas for this position: Labor & Delivery, High Risk OB, OB Peri-Op, and Antenatal. Also, once established in L&D you would have the opportunity to train in our OBGYN Emergency. As an RN at ChristianaCare, you will practice with a standard of nursing excellence by providing optimal outcomes for safe delivery of care for our Labor and Delivery patients and families. Education and Experience Requirements: BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire Experience in women's & children's services preferred Two years of Acute Care experience strongly preferred Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware BLS required. Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
