Job Details ChristianaCare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our growing Psychiatry & Behavioral Health team in Middletown, Delaware. This physician will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment services in an outpatient setting, serving primarily children and adolescents while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team. Qualifications: MD or DO eligible for staff appointment within the Department of Psychiatry. Annual Compensation Range $257,751.00 - $380,035.00 The above compensation range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting for full-time hours in the respective specialty. The actual compensation within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation the fair market value for physician services in the relevant specialty and the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, credentials, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
