What You’ll Do: Lead and support a team of Environmental Services staff to maintain a clean, safe, and attractive hospital environment Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards Train, coach, and evaluate staff performance Manage schedules, assignments, and daily operations Promote a culture of pride, service, and excellence Collaborate with hospital departments and participate in committees Support quality assurance and accreditation efforts What You Bring: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or college degree a plus) 2–5 years of experience in environmental services required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to motivate teams and maintain high standards Knowledge of safety protocols and hospital procedures Physical & Work Environment: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Lift and pull objects up to 40 lbs Exposure to hospital environments with appropriate safety precautions Ready to lead with heart and make a lasting impact? Hourly Pay Range: $22.29 - $33.44 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
