Responsibilities
- Develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, and relationship building
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet individual sales goals and performance expectations
- Maintain accurate client and prospect records
- Work closely with the agency team to provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred
- Insurance experience preferred but not required
- Property & Casualty License preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
Salary : $40,000 - $90,000
