Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity
- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and enhance well-being
- Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs according to dietary plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, client progress, and any changes in condition
- Monitor safety hazards within the home environment and implement preventive measures to reduce risks
Experience
- Prior experience in home health care or personal caregiving preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidates
- Experience working with individuals who have complex health needs
