- Manage a diverse caseload within the practice areas of your interest or expertise.
- Conduct legal research and provide counsel on various legal matters.
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, and estate planning instruments.
- Represent clients in court, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.
- Develop strong client relationships and maintain an excellent client service approach.
- J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in North Carolina (or sitting for an upcoming Bar Exam).
- 0-3 years of experience in one or more of our practice areas or interest in developing a practice area (criminal defense, family law, civil litigation, wills & estates, or real estate preferred).
- Strong organizational, research, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
