Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing in one or more of the following areas: family law, trust and probate administration, landlord/tenant, criminal law, and guardianships (preferred).
- Active license to practice law in the State of Wisconsin (required).
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Willingness to meet personally with all clients.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and case management software.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client advocacy.
- Salary range: $60,000 – $140,778 per year, commensurate with production.
