Our firm specializes in collection litigation and the enforcement of creditor’s rights across Wisconsin, Iowa, Michigan, Tennessee, Minnesota, and Illinois.
We represent a diverse range of clients, including banks, credit unions, healthcare organizations, insurance companies, medical providers, auto lenders, and other commercial entities. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, handling complex legal matters on behalf of our clients.
Qualifications:
- Active license to practice law in Wisconsin
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of cases efficiently and effectively
- Comfortable working with legal software
- Ability to handle negotiations
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Recent law school graduates are encouraged to apply.
