HVAC Warehouse Specialist

Christian Home Services is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable HVAC Warehouse Specialist to support our growing team. This full-time role is critical to ensuring our HVAC technicians have the parts, materials, and support they need to serve our customers efficiently and effectively.

What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Warehouse Specialist, you will manage and support day-to-day operations that keep our field teams running smoothly, including:

• Sourcing and coordinating HVAC parts and materials for service and installation technicians
• Receiving, organizing, and maintaining warehouse inventory
• Tracking parts orders, shipments, and deliveries to ensure timely availability
• Delivering parts and equipment to technicians in the field as needed
• Assisting with inventory management, cycle counts, and stock organization
• Processing returns, warranties, and vendor communications
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
• Communicating effectively with technicians, vendors, and internal team members to support operations

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of HVAC parts and systems preferred
• Comfortable driving company vehicles and making job site deliveries
• Valid driver’s license and at least 21 years old (per company policy)
• Ability to lift and move parts and equipment as required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in warehouse, parts coordination, or skilled trades preferred (not required)
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
