PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions using SPFx and Power Platform tools.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions through collaboration with stakeholders.
- Customize SharePoint sites, workflows, and applications to support operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain integrations using .NET, JavaScript, React, and SharePoint APIs.
- Implement automation solutions to improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring system performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Maintain and enhance existing SharePoint applications and solutions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & CONSIDERATIONS
- 3–5 years of experience in SharePoint or Microsoft 365 development or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Proficiency in SPFx, Power Apps, Power Automate, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.
- Experience with C#/.NET and SharePoint Online environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver scalable solutions.
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
- Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint or Power Platform.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices.
- Exposure to UI/UX principles for application design.
