Brookwood is a growing program offering a unique residential home manager position in two of our group homes. Successful candidates will oversee much of the day-to-day activities in a home for 10-12 Brookwood Citizens. Supervisory or management background in a healthcare setting would be preferred in this critical role and/or experience working with adults with disabilities or special needs. Applicants must be mission-orientated individuals who have a desire to serve God by providing a nurturing environment for our Citizens. Benefits include competitive salary, insurance, paid time off, and living space in the countryside. This position is provided with housing on campus, and the schedule is Monday-Friday. Salary is determined, within the provided range, based on an individual's experience level.
