Job Responsibilities Include
- Teaching middle and high school mathematics courses
- Teaching from a biblical worldview
- Maintaining a safe and disciplined environment for the students
- Creating and implementing daily lessons for students, incorporating Biblical integration in each lesson
- Maintaining a high level of classroom management
- Observing and evaluating the progress of each student
- Differentiating instruction as required
- Maintaining communication with parents
- Being available for parent conferences
- Working cooperatively with administrators, fellow teachers, and parents
- Attending staff meetings, staff training, and school functions
- Assisting the Administration with specified activities
- Creating a personal development plan documenting professional growth
