The HUD Social Services Coordinator supports the HUD Property Manager in the daily operations of a federally subsidized senior housing community. This role focuses on resident service coordination, HUD compliance support, and connecting residents with community-based resources to promote successful aging in place.

- Support the HUD Property Manager with day-to-day administrative and compliance operations
- Coordinate resident services, referrals, and case management activities
- Maintain resident files, certifications, and documentation in accordance with HUD regulations
- Serve as a liaison between residents and community service providers
- Assist with reporting, audits, and HUD-required documentation
- Promote a welcoming, supportive environment for residents
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with seniors, housing programs, or social services preferred
- Ability to understand and comply with HUD regulations
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
