Christian Brothers Outdoor Services is looking for an experienced Fertilization Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and can work independently while delivering high-quality results for our customers.
As a Fertilization Technician, you will be responsible for applying fertilizer and related turf treatments safely, accurately, and in compliance with all label and state requirements. Most of the time, this position works independently, so we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage their route with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Apply fertilizer and turf treatments according to schedule and label instructions
- Inspect properties and identify turf issues, weeds, and treatment needs
- Operate and maintain spreaders, sprayers, and related application equipment
- Calibrate equipment to ensure accurate applications
- Keep accurate records of applications, materials used, and property notes
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust work as needed
- Represent the company professionally while communicating with customers when needed
- Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines

- CORE
- 6A
- 6B
- 7F
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a fertilization or turf care technician
- Valid certifications listed above
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work alone efficiently
- Dependable, organized, and professional
- Ability to safely handle and apply products
Compensation & Benefits:
- $20–$28 per hour, depending on experience
