We are hiring an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

Position: Residential HVAC Service Technician

Pay: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour spiffs

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with a rotating on call schedule

What You Will Be Doing

• Perform maintenance and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on HVAC options.
• Make product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Ensure quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards.
• Work efficiently during standard hours with occasional overtime based on seasonal demand.
  
  

Relevant Skills / Experience

• 3 years of experience in residential HVAC service
• EPA Certification
• Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• NATE Certification
