Role Description The Customer Service Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Katy, TX. This role is responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing clear information about services, estimates, and repair timelines. The Customer Service Specialist supports the service team by updating customers on vehicle status, coordinating drop-offs and pick-ups, and ensuring a smooth and efficient front-desk experience. Daily tasks include managing customer records, handling payments, addressing questions or concerns, and following up to ensure satisfaction with completed services. The role works closely with technicians and service advisors to deliver a professional, friendly, and trustworthy customer experience aligned with the company’s values.
