Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Commission

• Proven experience in automotive service management or a leadership role within an auto repair shop.
• Strong understanding of automotive repair processes, diagnostics, and customer service.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage budgets, inventory, and staff.
• Proficiency in using shop management software.
• A genuine passion for cars and providing exceptional customer experiences.
• A commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the auto service center, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled automotive technicians and service advisors.
• Ensure the highest standards of customer service are met, building trust and long-term relationships.
• Manage inventory, ordering parts, and maintaining shop supplies.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve service sales goals and operational targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment that complies with all regulations.
