Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Commission

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers.
• Proficiency with automotive shop management software and general computer skills.
• A customer-first attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy shop environment.

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival, listen attentively to their vehicle concerns, and accurately record repair requests.
• Provide clear, detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs, including estimated costs and timelines.
• Generate repair orders and maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in our shop management system.
• Effectively communicate with the technician team to understand repair progress and any potential issues.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with completed work and to schedule future maintenance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by consistently delivering outstanding service and trust.
