PAY RATE: $16.95 Hourly (Pay is negotiable based on experience)

Summary:
Showing hospitality to volunteers by preparing meals and fostering relationships while leading short-term kitchen volunteer and AmeriCorps members in service at lodging facilities.
Essential Job Functions:
- Hosting, facilitating, and cooking for Mission Groups, WorkFest, YouthFest, retreats, and other CAP Functions as needed.
- Leads on-site service for short-term seasonal facility/kitchen volunteers and AmeriCorps Members serving in the program while creating a fun and engaging atmosphere.
- Oversees facility upkeep, safety monitor checks, and work orders for CV Groups facilities. Works alongside Hospitality Coordinator to track inventory and workdays at facilities. Limited food ordering may be needed if Hospitality Coordinator is absent.

Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Years of Experience:
2 or more years of successful experience in related field or combination of education and experience
Certifications and Licensure:
Possess a Valid Kentucky Driver's License and Maintain a Safe Driving Record Required
CAP Driving Certification* (or ability to obtain within first 90 days) Required
*In order to drive personal vehicle on CAP business, must obtain and maintain a policy of motor vehicle insurance coverage on privately-owned vehicle with insurance coverage amounts of $50,000 bodily injury per person per accident; $100,000 bodily injury for all bodily injuries per accident; and $50,000 property damage per accident.
Non-Contagious TB Test Result Required

Ability to reach, push, pull, bend, stoop, stand, walk
Lift 48 lb from floor and carry 40 ft and place on shelf at 36 inches
Lift 18 lb from floor to shelf at 102 inch, using a step ladder if needed
Push with 45 lb of force for 5 ft
Lifts/moves items with unknown weight or that are awkward shapes and sizes with assistance
Have good visual acuity with corrective lenses
Have good hearing capabilities
