Duties
- Assist experienced plumbers with installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems on construction sites.
- Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, assemble, and install pipes and fixtures.
- Support pipe threading, fitting, and welding tasks under supervision to ensure precise connections.
- Participate in remodeling projects by performing basic carpentry, assembly, and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and support troubleshooting efforts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Experience
- Prior experience or familiarity with construction sites or maintenance person work is a plus but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
- Basic knowledge of construction plumbing principles and mechanical systems is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, or pipe threading enhances your candidacy.
