General Job Requirements

Specific Job Skills and Qualifications

§  Must read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to the job and to the safety regulations.

§  Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools, and perform all job functions safely, must be able to read a tape measure, not afraid of heights

§  Must meet the company performance standards for the job.

§  Must participate in company orientation and training.

§  Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position.

§  Must pass mandatory drug and alcohol screening.

§  Must pass company background check.

§  Must know SDS information regarding all materials used within the scope of the work.

§  Must organization skills for managing work schedules, job priorities and stock levels

§  For all tools, machinery, equipment or vehicles for which you have been authorized and assigned to use, it is your responsibility to report deficiency and unsafe conditions.

§  Must have good knowledge of basic construction and building materials and  (2 ) yrs. of window, door, trim installation experience or the combination of education, experience, training to successfully complete job tasks. 

§  Must have valid Driver’s License, good driving record and insurable.

§  Must have good written and verbal communicative skills

§  Must have the ability to respond to inquiries and work calmly and effectively under any condition.

§  Must be able to work independently and follow instructions.

§  Basic math skills, legible writing, basic personal computer skills in word and excel with ability to use a computer, iPad, or tablet. .

§  Must complete Forklift / LOTO / Fall Protection training

§  Must be able to work as a team and follow instructions.

§  Must maintain the physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position.
