Must read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to the job and to the safety regulations.
Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools, and perform all job functions safely, must be able to read a tape measure, not afraid of heights
Must meet the company performance standards for the job.
Must participate in company orientation and training.
Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position.
Must pass mandatory drug and alcohol screening.
Must pass company background check.
Must know SDS information regarding all materials used within the scope of the work.
Must organization skills for managing work schedules, job priorities and stock levels
For all tools, machinery, equipment or vehicles for which you have been authorized and assigned to use, it is your responsibility to report deficiency and unsafe conditions.
Must have good knowledge of basic construction and building materials and (2 ) yrs. of window, door, trim installation experience or the combination of education, experience, training to successfully complete job tasks.
Must have valid Driver's License, good driving record and insurable.
Must have good written and verbal communicative skills
Must have the ability to respond to inquiries and work calmly and effectively under any condition.
Must be able to work independently and follow instructions.
Basic math skills, legible writing, basic personal computer skills in word and excel with ability to use a computer, iPad, or tablet. .
Must complete Forklift / LOTO / Fall Protection training
Must be able to work as a team and follow instructions.
Must maintain the physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position.
