- Collaborate with pastors and ministry leaders to select appropriate music that aligns with sermon themes and seasonal liturgical calendars.
- Arrange or compose musical pieces as needed to create fresh, meaningful worship experiences.
- Oversee the maintenance of musical instruments, sound equipment, and related resources to ensure optimal performance.
- Foster an inclusive environment that encourages participation from all age groups and skill levels.
- Communicate effectively with team members, congregation members, and leadership to promote upcoming events and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Proven experience leading church or community music programs with demonstrated leadership skills.
