We are seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and collaborative Early Childhood Special Education Teacher to serve children from birth through age five by partnering with families and teachers to help each child thrive developmentally, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.

What You'll Do
- Provide individualized support and instruction for children (birth–age 5) with developmental delays or disabilities.
- Conduct developmental assessments, monitor progress, and maintain required documentation.
- Develop and implement individualized goals and intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and service providers to support each child's success.
- Coach classroom staff in best practices and effective instructional strategies.
- Demonstrate Christ's love through compassionate care, encouragement, and service to children and families.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Special Education, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Appropriate Missouri teaching certification (or ability to obtain).
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children preferred.
- Knowledge of child development, developmental disabilities, and early intervention practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- A heart for Christian education and a desire to serve children and families through a Christ-centered ministry.
