This is not a high-volume, fast-turn shop.
It’s a precision-driven, premium environment where customers expect professionalism, clarity, and confidence.
The team is strong. The reputation is established. The demand is there.
Now we’re looking for the right Shop Manager to lead the operation and continue building something exceptional.
Compensation
- $100,000 – $120,000 base salary
- 15% of net profit
- $150,000 total earning potential, with strong upside

What this role looks like
This is not a “keep the day moving” position.
You are responsible for the performance of the shop.
That includes:
- Owning monthly P&L and net profitability
- Leading and developing Service Advisors
- Driving sales performance and estimate conversion
- Maintaining strong margins without relying on discounts
- Building structure, consistency, and accountability across the team
- Partnering with ownership to implement processes and drive growth
