As the first person our patients see and speak with, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming environment while helping our office run smoothly. Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

What You'll Do
- Greet and welcome patients, creating a positive first impression
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions
- Coordinate patient payments and financial arrangements
- Verify and update patient information and documentation
- Review treatment plans and office policies with patients
- Present treatment recommendations and discuss financial options
- Support insurance verification and claims management processes
- Help maintain productive and efficient provider schedules
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma required
- 2 years of dental front office experience preferred
- Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new software
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with insurance verification and claims management
- Confidence presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements
- Experience creating and managing productive provider schedules
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods as needed
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
