The Chris Kostopoulos Group is looking for a high-level Executive Assistant to partner with a top-performing real estate team in the Boston market. This is a high-impact, high-trust role designed for someone who takes pride in operational excellence, anticipates needs before they arise, and genuinely enjoys supporting others at a high level.
In this position, you’ll act as the operational backbone of the business—freeing agents up to focus on revenue-generating activities while you ensure the day-to-day runs with precision.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000

Responsibilities:
This is a hands-on, dynamic role where you’ll be involved in both operational and client-facing activities:
Executive & Operational Support
- Act as the right hand to the business owner across business (and occasional personal) priorities
- Manage calendars, communications, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation
- Track expenses and assist with budgeting
Transaction & Listing Coordination
- Oversee transaction flow by managing and holding a virtual coordinator accountable
- Ensure contracts, timelines, and deliverables are completed accurately and on time
- Support clients through the closing process to ensure a smooth experience
Marketing & Database Management
- Assist with social media, email campaigns, and listing promotion
- Coordinate direct mail efforts and marketing initiatives
- Maintain and optimize the CRM/database for accuracy and follow-up
Client & Team Experience
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, agents, and vendors
- Coordinate open houses, property logistics, and client events
- Deliver a high-level, concierge-style experience throughout every interaction
Team & Growth Support
- Assist multiple agents with day-to-day needs
- Support lead management and follow-up systems
- (Eventually) help hire, onboard, and manage additional team members
Qualifications:
- Experience in an Executive Assistant, Operations, or Administrative role
- Real estate, mortgage, or escrow experience is a plus (not required)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Proficient in written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Bookkeeping or financial tracking experience preferred
- Comfortable working with high-performing, fast-paced personalities
- Social media experience is a plus
- College degree preferred
- Note: Willingness to obtain a real estate license is required (cost reimbursed)
