What are the responsibilities and job description for the DIETITIAN position at Chris Dudley Foundation?
The Camp Dietitian is responsible for coordinating with on-site food staff to ensure accurate carbohydrate counts, portion sizes, and balanced meals and snacks are provided to all campers and staff. While camp experience is not required, we are looking for someone someone that has experience working with type 1 diabetes and is proficient in carbohydrate counting. While this role requires an individual who can work well in pressure situations at times, we are also looking for someone who enjoys being around kids and having fun!
