Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Providing essential administrative support and managing transactions for our agents- Handling listing coordination, MLS updates, signage, and photography arrangements
- Ensuring prompt and effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members
- Organizing showings, inspections, and closing appointments
- Supporting marketing initiatives such as social media content, email campaigns, and CRM maintenance

- Exceptionally organized with strong time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
- Tech-savvy, proactive, and adept at solving problems
- Thrives in a fast-moving, team-oriented setting Motivated to advance within the real estate field

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
