What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supervisor Human Resources Specialist (Employee Benefits) - NF-04 position at CHRA NAF Operations?

This position could be located at Fort Hood, Texas, Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois or Negotiable after selection.
A qualified candidate must possess the following:
1. Eighteen months HR experience applying employee benefits laws, regulations and program requirements.
2. Experience analyzing, evaluating and recommending resolutions to interrelated benefits cases. (Retirement eligibility, health and life insurance , 401(k) participation, Portability of Benefits).
3. Experience using HR information systems and tools, as such Employee Benefits Systems, ServiceNow, AutoNOA and Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint.
4. At least three (3) months experience managing a program or supervising/leading a team.
