The Installer supports the setup and breakdown of temporary structures for live events, ensuring that builds are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plan.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist in loading, unloading, and staging event materials
- Set up tents, flooring, staging, and related event infrastructure
- Follow build instructions and crew leadership guidance
- Maintain clean, organized work sites and respect client property
- Support safe equipment operation and teamwork onsite
- Perform general labor tasks with consistency and attention to detail
Requirements
- Full-time availability, including early mornings and weekends
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work on feet all day
- Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Reliable transportation to Torrance or job sites
Qualifications & Experience
- 1 year of experience in events, construction, or manual labor preferred
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Bilingual a plus but not required
- Forklift certification is a bonus
